Three-stage preparation covering Prelims, Mains + Descriptive Test and Interview.
The IBPS PO exam selects Probationary Officers for participating public sector banks through a three-stage process: Phase I (Prelims), Phase II (Mains + Descriptive Test), and Phase III (Interview).
Both Phase I and Phase II objective tests apply a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. There are strict sectional cut-offs and sectional timings in both written phases.
The Prelims is an online screening test. Marks scored here are not counted for the final merit list.
